He is a founder and longtime director of the Veterans National Recovery Center, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Military Sexual Trauma.

Bob believes that honoring service requires accountability—from institutions, from leadership, and from government itself. His work has helped advance meaningful policy changes, protect victims, and ensure that veterans receive the care, respect, and justice they deserve.
